We left the Airport Game Lodge and stopped at the airport to pick up Taylor, and then drove the two hours to Mankwe Wildlife Reserve, arriving at 13.00.
After a delicious lunch we enjoyed an initial briefing and explored camp. At 16.00 we embarked on a game drive. During the drive we saw antelope, zebra, impala, rhino (and a baby!), giraffe, ostrich, waterbuck, wildebeest, and vultures.
We returned at 18.00 and ate a dinner of spaghetti bolognaise. We then sat around a large campfire until bedtime.
